Your seeds will arrive with clear storage and planting instructions. Most tree seeds should be stored in a cool, dark place (like a refrigerator) until you're ready to plant or begin stratification. Proper storage helps maintain viability and germination success.
Yes. Our seeds are naturally grown, hand-harvested, and never treated with pesticides or synthetic chemicals. We focus on sustainability and native species, harvested responsibly from natural environments.
We stand behind the viability and quality of every seed we ship. All of our seeds are tested for germination before they’re sent to you, and we provide detailed planting and stratification instructions to help you succeed. That said, germination depends on proper handling, timing, moisture, and temperature — many of which are out of our control once seeds leave our hands.
If your seeds fail to sprout despite following our instructions, please reach out within 30 days of your expected germination window. We’ll work with you to troubleshoot and, in some cases, may offer a discount on a replacement order or free replacement seeds, depending on the situation.

Because tree seeds are a living product, we don’t offer returns on shipped orders. However, if your seeds arrive damaged or there is a fulfillment issue, please contact us within 7 days, and we’ll make it right.
